Component Description:

The Bureau of ATF is a law enforcement organization within the United States Department of Justice with unique responsibilities dedicated to reducing violent crime and protecting the public. ATF enforces the federal laws and regulations relating to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, explosives and arson.

Multitrack processing: ATF does not utilize the multitrack processing system. All requests made in accordance to FOIA requirements can expect to receive a response within twenty (20) working days.
