The EEOS, under the leadership of Ted McBurrows, Director, EEOS, is responsible for developing policy, methods, and procedures for the implementation of the EEO program throughout the Department. EEOS provides advice, technical assistance, and support to management officials and bureau EEO personnel. Additionally, EEOS maintains the integrity of EEO programs by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of EEO officials and their programs.
