- You do not have to
provide OPIC with personal information to visit our web site.
- We
will not collect personal information from you when you visit our web site
unless you choose to provide that information to us.
- We will notify you, at the
point of collection, how information that personally identifies you will
be used, including whether such information may be transmitted to third
parties. The information will be used only for those described purposes.
- You have the option to send an e-mail to OPIC requesting
information or records from the Corporation. If you send an e-mail containing personally-identifying information (e.g., your
mailing address), the information you provide will be used only for responding to your request for information or records.
However, you should be aware that e-mail is not necessarily secure
against interception.
Collection and Use of Statistical Information

OPIC automatically gathers and stores information about visits to our web site
to perform statistical analysis of the use of the site and enhance its utility to our
visitors. This information will not identify you personally.
The information we collect includes:

linked to other government, quasi-government and private organizations.
When you leave OPICs web site via a link to another web site, you

computer system, and is provided only for authorized use. It may be monitored
for all lawful purposes, including management of the system and for

All information, including personal information, placed on or sent over
OPICs web site or computer system may be monitored. Use of this system,
authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring of this system.
Unauthorized access or use may subject you to criminal
prosecution. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be
used for administrative, criminal or other adverse action.
