The Official Gazette - Trademarks is being made available in electronic form (.PDF format) for the most recent five issues. The electronic version of the Trademark Official Gazette does not contain Patent and Trademark Office Notices. Patent and Trademark Office Notices can be found at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/com/sol/og/index.html. The printed (paper) publication is available from the Superintendent of Documents, US Government Printing Office (GPO), as an annual subscription or as single copies. Information on how to obtain the paper publication is available at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/ido/oeip/catalog/products/tmprod-1.htm.

In addition to the Trademark Official Gazette being provided in electronic form, Registration Certificates for marks registering on the Tuesday issue date and Updated Registration Certificates being issued on the Tuesday issue date are also provided in PDF format. Registration certificates will continue to be printed and mailed to registrants.
