LEP Peer Expert Directory - - A directory of peer workforce development professionals and other experts with skills and resources you can draw on for ideas and consultation. Currently seeking Nominations for inclusion in the directory.

Glossary of Terms - - WIA Services for Individuals with Limited English Proficiency - - A glossary of 144 terms commonly used in the delivery of WIA services, translated into 17 different languages. A resource for bilingual staff, interpreters and translators.

On-line Catalogue of Sample LEP and WIA Materials - - A searchable catalogue of materials and websites that provide resources, promising practices and examples of the tools and strategies that practitioners are currently using in their efforts to develop the LEP workforce. Coming soon!

LEP Technical Assistance Guide: Increasing Access to LEP Services for LEP Customers - - This Technical Assistance Guide (TAG) has been developed to provide the workforce development system with information about ways to provide meaningful access to WIA services for customers with limited English proficiency (LEP). LEP Data from 2000 Census. - - A special tabulation of Census 2000 data on limited English proficient populations, with geographical coverage designed to match the service area boundaries of states and local Workforce Investment Areas. Coming soon!
