Answer: Current rules that prohibit the importation of Cuban cigars into the United States apply to all persons subject to U.S. jurisdiction, including the staff of the U.S. Interest Section in Havana, Cuba. This prohibition also applies to U.S. government staff temporarily assigned to the Interest Section.
