Communications, Marketing, Public Affairs and Web Services

Scope

This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery order contract issued under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior, GovWorks. Under the franchise authority, GovWorks provides acquisition support to other Federal agencies. This particular contract will provide for marketing, communications, public affairs and web services for government clients including both civilian agencies the Department of Defense. As future requirements are identified, it is critical that GovWorks has a ready contract vehicle in place for client agencies with an immediate need for these types of requirements.

Independently and not as an agent of the government, the contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, services, facilities and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to perform in accordance with the type of work set forth in the General Statement of Work under Section VI of this contract. All work to be performed will be specifically identified by the issuance of a Delivery Order which will include a Delivery Order Statement of Work.

Ordering Instructions:

1. Contact Axiom Resource for current pricing/proposal information.
2. After you are satisfied with Axiom Resource's pricing/proposal contact the Contracting Officer.
3. Prepare funding document.
4. Send funding document and contractor's proposal to the Contracting Officer.
5. Order will be processed within 24 hours (M-F) of receipt by the contracting officer.
