The Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system will be unavailable on October 16, 2004 in order to conduct a scheduled upgrade to version 2.5.  The upgrade involves a change to the credit card payment process as well as several usage enhancements.  A revised credit card manual is now available for download as well as a "What's New for CM/ECF 2.5" guide.

Pursuant to  Local Rule 6, attorneys are required to file documents electronically.  Attorneys filers can become certified to file electronically by completing a training registration form.  Creditor filers can also register to file electronically using the claim filer registration form.

Attorneys who have not yet completed training or cannot use the Internet to file documents should file documents in PDF format on diskette (requires Adobe Acrobat writer). Please review PDF diskette procedures for more information.  Please keep in mind that filing documents on diskette has several disadvantages to electronic filing.

If you have any questions, contact the Clerk's Office at 502-627-5700.
