If you would like to
register to attend a Electronic Case Filing class please contact the court at
304-233-1655 and ask for the Chief Deputy. Classes are currently being
arranged.
Registered

This ECF option is called 'File Claims.' It is located under the
Bankruptcy drop-down menu. This option will allow you to file claims and
add creditors to the mailing matrix. However, you do not have permission

On or before August 1 of this year, creditors may apply
for limited access to file claims, reaffirmation agreements, notice of
appearance, etc. To begin the process please mail (US Bankruptcy Court,
P.O. Box 70, Wheeling, WV 26003) or fax (304-233-0185) the following
forms to the court:

Expiration
of Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code. Chapter 12 of the
Bankruptcy Code will expire on January 1, 2004. New chapter 12 filings
will not be accepted after December 31, 2003. Any chapter 12 cases filed
before January 1, 2004 will continue. We will let you know if and when
chapter 12 filings are again to be accepted.

Welcome to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for
Northern West Virginia. Above is a photograph of the U.S. Courthouse and Post Office
located at 12th Chapline Streets in Wheeling, West Virginia. This structure was
erected in 1906 and a major addition was completed in 1936. Set back from the street
you see an addition to the building in matching granite which was completed in
1999. Construction will soon begin on a $36 million annex which will be
connected to the 1999 addition pictured above.
