Troubleshooting Tips

Problem: After installing the ReqWireless application, get the following error -- "No additional applications designed for your handheld were found"
Fix: There is a version mismatch between the RIM Desktop Manager and the device OS. The Desktop Manager does not recognize the device's applications. The easiest fix is to download and install the most current OS for the handheld. The ReqWireless browser should then install correctly.
