Eileen S. Webb
M.P.A., Organizational Development

During the last 15 years, Eileen has made it her mission to provide organizations of all sizes the best in mediation, facilitation and organizational development. In addition to consulting, Eileen has served in a variety of management positions. Including, Manager of Employee Development and Process Improvement for GE, training director for a large university hospital and Corporate V.P for Human Resources for Sprigg Lane Investment, Inc., a holding company composed of over 20 manufacturing and research organizations. Eileen specializes in strategic planning, change management, mediation, facilitation, team development and labor relations. She has assisted in the redesign of numerous companies including, GE, Quantum Chemical, Western Container, UVA Medical Center and Makino. She has helped companies with an adversarial management/employee relationship develop true partnering with emphasis on team design and process improvement. Eileen received her M.P.A. from the University of Nebraska with a concentration in organizational development. She is certified by the Supreme Court for practicing mediation, certified in Myers-Briggs, Benchmarks and is also certified to teach other trainers Process Mapping and Facilitation Skills, from GE's Crottonville, management program.
