Teresa M. Donovan

Teresa is an independent management consultant with 20 years experience in management and employee development, change management, and marketing communications. She has provided comprehensive development and learning support to a U.S.–wide Fortune 30 IT organization and managed significant organizational transitions in re-engineering and acquisition environments. She specializes in cross-functional performance consulting and training for diverse workforce audiences, with extensive experience providing effective communications and leadership training to the scientific and engineering community. She has designed and implemented worldwide ethics and business practice programs, is certified to facilitate a variety of leadership negotiation and communication skills programs, as well as several industry standard assessment and development systems. She has been certified by Dr. Robert Cialdini to deliver the Principles of Persuasion Workshop, based on his research in the behavioral science of influence and persuasion. Teresa received her B.S. in Technology and Management from the University of Maryland University College.
