The General Navigation section includes links to content and information that will give the web viewer more information about the site, contact information, or AHRQ.
The left side of each page is comprised of the main sections of this report. This navigation is hierarchical, meaning it is classified according to various criteria into successive levels or layers. Each section or sub section may have Additional Navigation (see next bullet point).
Each of the levels or layers within the Main Hierarchical Navigation may have additional navigation associated with the particular level. Additional Navigation is located just under the page header and will be flanked by a blue vertical bar.
Using the Next/Previous navigation arrows, users can "turn" pages through the report as if reading a book. Clicking the Right Arrow will bring you to the Next page, clicking the Left Arrow will bring you to the previous page.
The Cookie Crumb is a historical trail showing the user what page they are on within the site.
The Download Link will bring you to a download resource page where you will be able to download sections within the report. Downloads are available in Adobe© PDF or Microsoft© Word format. Also, compressed Zip File downloads are available.
In the footer navigation users can navigate to other AHRQ web sites, view legal information, privacy policies, disclaimers, or a site map of this web site.
