The EEO Program
- Stresses equal employment
opportunities for all people regardless of sex, race, color, national
origin, religion, age, disability, or reprisal
- Maintains that such
opportunities should be available to all people equally and should
not be artificially restricted.
- Exists to:

and correct artificial restrictions of employment opportunities
- Move the Federal
workforce toward full utilization of people and a representative
workforce
- Deal with complaints
of discrimination

of managers, supervisors, and the Human Resource staff working together
