Simplified Purchase Agreement (SPA)
The Simplified Purchase Agreement (SPA) is an optional streamline
do-it-yourself acquisition program that the Government Printing
Office (GPO) offers to it customer agencies nationwide. SPA
is an agreement between GPO and a commercial contractor.
Each agreement is for the procurement of a wide variety of
printing and.or related products and graphic services valued
up to $2,500, in accordance with the conditions of the agreement
and according to the capabilities of the agreeing contractor.
SPA is an additional procurement method that will ease your
administrative responsibilities by giving your agency control
and convenience when looking for ways to quickly procure
quality printing and related graphic services through GPO.
