WELCOME

The Division of Engineering Education and Centers (EEC) of the Directorate for Engineering encourages the integration of engineering research and education to accelerate technological and educational innovation and improve the quality and diversity of engineering graduates entering the technical workforce. EEC encourages partnerships that infuse both research and education with new knowledge from multiple disciplines, take advantage of new understanding of how students learn, and focus on engineered systems. The objective is to graduate engineering leaders with a global outlook and the ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving technical environment in industry, academe, and society.
