CVM and Food Safety Initiative Education
The Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) has several educational programs in support of the Food Safety Initiative (FSI). 

Educational materials

CVM has developed printed material and videotapes targeted to the general public, including veterinarians, farmers, and ranchers, to explain food safety.

Exhibit Program

CVM’s exhibit program communicates our food safety messages at professional association and industry conferences. The program allows the Center to educate through personal interaction, the use of pictures, print materials, video, and the CVM Home Page.
