Projected

The data for 1980-2000 reflects the weights from the 1990 Census of Population. The projections for 2002-2012 reflects the weights from the 2000 Census of Population. This research was carried out before the 2000 Census of Population. 2010-2050 reflects the weights from the 1990 Census.

Labor force and population numbers are in thousands, labor force participation rates are in percent. Available by age, sex, race and Hispanic origin for each year.
