Procurement

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will post notices of requests for proposals. Not all of the solicitation may be posted, and offerors or bidders may wish to obtain written copies of the solicitation in order to have all necessary materials.

Solicitations for proposals will be posted in Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf) in most cases. You will need a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read these files. The Reader is free of charge from Adobe. NOTE: Some of the solicitation files are quite large, and will require long download times.
