Menu of Automated Options

Automated messages are available from the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) on a variety of topics. In order to assist you, we present below the menu of topics covered by the toll-free telephone service. Note: We will shortly publish the complete text of these automated messages. At that time, you will be able to access them via the links from the choices below.

  1. For information on an application that has already been filed

    • To check on the status of your applications
    • If you have a pending application and need to update your address
    • If you cannot make a scheduled appointment and want to reschedule
    • If you have questions about a notice received from USCIS
    • If you have other questions about a pending application

  2. For information about fingerprinting, your local Immigration office, or for a listing of doctors authorized to give a medical exam

    • For the location and hours of an USCIS Application Support Center that services your area for fingerprinting
