Description

Personal Process Maturity (PPM) is defined as "the ability to execute pre-planned, prioritized activities that are aligned with personal and organizational roles and responsibilities." PPM is the key to process enactment. The Personal Process Maturity for Executives Session is designed to teach Senior Executives the concepts, principles, and practices of PPM. It is also intended to help executives understand how to foster an organization of individuals who each accept and fulfill personal roles and responsibilities in support of organizational goals and objectives.

The session covers the following topics:
• The PPM continuum
• How to incrementally move up the continuum
• Fostering an ATTITUDE of personal process maturity
• Creating an organizational culture that is conducive to understanding, accepting, and fulfilling roles and responsibilities

At the Conclusion...
The participants should:
Understand their executive role and responsibilities in support of PPM
Understand the attitude necessary to create an organizational culture conducive to acting PPM
