Many common foods, such as milk, nuts, eggs, and seafood can cause allergies. If you suffer from
food allergies, you probably want to know what you can do to avoid it. Checking out food labels is one
way you can avoid harmful ingredients. Also, knowing the different names that the allergen may go by -
