The Office of Public Affairs coordinates with the many CIA offices represented on the Agency’s World Wide Web site about policy, design, and content issues.  The Office of Public Affairs hosts the common areas of the CIA Web site, such as the Director of Central Intelligence and Agency’s homepages, and ensures information is posted on the site as soon as possible after it becomes available.

The Internet and intranet communications manager coordinates with the managers of organizational areas of the Web site, such as the Recruitment Center and the CIA FOIA Electronic Reading Room, and the Agency’s technical support staff, the Office of the General Counsel, the security staff, and others.

The Office of Public Affairs provides similar services for the CIA’s intranet homepage area.
