Welcome to the Loan Guaranty Service C&V Main Page

Purpose:

To facilitate discussion and resolution of Lender issues relating to the Loan Guaranty Construction and Valuation Program.

  • The Fee Panel Application form is an easy to use, fillable, Adobe Acrobat PDF file. Once completed, the application is routed to the specific Regional Loan Center (RLC) having jurisdiction over the geographic area you wish to apply to serve in.

  • Each RLC processes their own applications. If you wish to be considered in multiple RLC's, separate applications must be submitted.

  • Note: On block 18 of the application form, at least two of the three letters attesting to your qualifications must be from other appraisers.
The VA Appraisal System (TAS) is a centralized, Internet-based appraiser assignment system designed to increase the efficiency of processing Veterans' loan applications. The Appraisal System offers many benefits over previous VBA systems including, ease of use, speed, and accessibility. A user ID and password is required to access this system.
