New Procedure for IRRRL Loans: Lender's may now use the web site: http://www.vba-roanoke.com/rlc/GILoans.asp to submit IRRRL Status Inquiries in lieu of a Certificate of Eligibility for IRRRLs. This is an automated service that will process the request within 24 hours of submission, 7 days a week. This service can be used for all VA loans, irrespective of the property location, or VA office of jurisdiction.
: To use this Loan Inquiry Service, lenders will need the first six digits of their VA lender identification number and an e-mail address. On-line instructions are available at: http://www.vba-roanoke.com/rlc/GILoans.asp
