GSA presents the acquisition community with various best practices and tools.  Since 1984, the acquisition process has undergone major changes such as Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA).  Various best practices and tools have been developed to aid the community and a prestigious award is given annually for the acquisition official using an innovative solution.
