The Union filed one grievance disputing the number of fire prevention personnel employed by the Agency and another grievance contesting the selection actions for battalion chief and lead fire protection inspector. The Arbitrator denied both grievances.
The Authority denied Union's exceptions holding that the award as it pertained to the staffing grievance was not deficient. Additionally, the Authority noted that the Arbitrator's denial of a summary judgment with respect to the selection grievance was not deficient.
