    Availability of Corporate Applications

Corporate applications involving national banks are listed in the Weekly Bulletin when filed, when the OCC decides or acts on an application and when the application is effective/consummated. This publication lists all filings nationwide for new banks, branches, mergers, conversions, changes in bank control, fiduciary powers, domestic subsidiaries, relocations of head offices and branches, and information on changes in corporate titles.

Much of the information in those applications is available to the public. Copies of the nonconfidential portions of such applications, and information about where they may be viewed, are available from the Communications Division, 202-874-4700 or by email to FOIA-PA@occ.treas.gov.
