Abstract:
The invention relates to an industrial scale method for manufacturing limonoid glucosides contained in citrus fruit. Limonoid glucosides are a natural substance and are not being produced industrially at the present time. They have shown anti-cancer activity on laboratory animals. The invention offers a method for manufacturing limonoid glucosides that is superior in terms of industrial productivity.
