Abstract:
The invention is an automated calibration method to automatically grade agricultural solids, such as cotton. Solids are graded for color and trash content by a video sensor and moisture sensor which must be calibrated every four hours. The invention allows frequent calibration with no down time and without adversely affecting the flow of materials.
