New Procedures for the Graduate Research Fellowship Program

The Graduate Research Fellowship Program is implementing new procedures for fellows and coordinating officials to file requests and submit information to the program. These new procedures are based in the NSF FastLane web-based system and will replace the old paper-based forms system. We expect this new process to increase the efficiency of record keeping and contact between fellows and the program.

Among other things, fellows will be able to update their own contact information in the system rather than making a request to the fellowship office as well as submit tenure plans, change requests and annual reports. Consequently the forms that used to be on this page have been removed.

The new system is due to be available by mid-February. Fellows will receive two e-mails, one with your login id and another with your password along with instructions on how to access the appropriate login pages. In the meantime, please review the Fellows User Guide to become familiar with how you will use the new system.
