Deadlines for Receipt of Proposals at ECS

The ECS Division has two windows for receipt of proposals in the coming year:

September 7 - October 7, 2004
January 7- February 7, 2005

These dates are used to schedule the review process for proposals, and every effort will be made to complete the review process and reach an award decision within six months of these dates for expenditure of funds in the 2005 year. Unsolicited proposals received outside of these windows will be returned without review, except as provided for under ECS Submission Requirements.

All proposals must be submitted by FastLane
