Alabama

Cherokee Electric Cooperative in Centre, Ala. has been approved for a loan of $22,724,000.  The funds will be used to serve 3,600 new consumers, build 226 miles of new distribution lines and make other system improvements.

 

Dixie Electric Cooperative of Union Springs, Ala. has been approved for a loan of $18,228,000.  The funds will be used to serve 3,982 new consumers, build 190 miles of new distribution lines and make other system improvements.

 

California

Anza Electric Cooperative of Anza, Calif. has been approved for a loan of $3,718,000.  The funds will be used to serve 288 new consumers, build 25 miles of distribution line and make other system improvements.

 

Colorado

Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, headquartered in Denver, Colo., has been approved for a loan of $46,426,400.  The funds will be used for construction of new lines, new stations, line and station changes and other upgrades and modifications.  Tri-State is “generation and transmission” cooperative providing power to distribution cooperatives in the states of Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming.

 

Florida

Glades Electric Cooperative in Haven, Fla. has been approved for a loan of $12,159,000.  The funds will be used to serve 1,650 new consumers, build 167 miles of new distribution lines and make other system wide improvements.

 

Sumter Electric Cooperative in Sumterville, Fla. has been approved for a loan of $27,999,208.  The funds will be used to serve 14,177 new consumers, construct 1,407 miles of new distribution lines and make other system improvements.

 

Georgia

Carroll Electric Membership Corporation of Carrollton, Ga. has been approved for a loan of $45,141,000.  The funds will be used to serve 11,684 new consumers, build 761 miles of new distribution lines and make other system wide improvements.

 

Indiana

The White County Rural Electric Membership Corporation of Monticello, Ind. has been approved for a loan of $3,300,000.  The funds will be used to provide service to 400 new consumers, build 32 miles of new distribution lines and make other systems improvements.

 

Tipmont Rural Electric Membership Corporation of Linden, Ind. has been approved for a loan of $8,000,000.  The funds will be used to serve 2,650 new consumers, build 109 miles of new distribution lines and make other system improvements.

 

Dubois Rural Electric Cooperative in Jasper, Ind. has been approved for a loan of $4,000,000.  The funds will be used to serve 1,180 new consumers, build 80 miles of new lines and make other system improvements.

 

Kansas

D.S. and O. Rural Electric Cooperative Association in Solomon, Kan. has been approved for a loan of $5,200,000.  The funds will be used to serve 550 new consumers, build 79 miles of new distribution lines and make other system improvements.

 

Pioneer Electric Cooperative in Ulysses, Kan. has been approved for a loan of $10,479,000.  The funds will be used to serve 1,236 new consumers, build 85 miles of new distribution lines, build 36 miles of new transmission lines and make other system improvements.

 

Minnesota

Mille Lacs Electric Cooperative of Aitkin, Minn. has been approved for a loan of $3,604,000.  The funds will be used to serve 500 new consumers, build27 miles of new distribution lines and make other system wide improvements.

 

Traverse Electric Cooperative in Wheaton, Minn. has been approved for two loans totaling $2,657,000.  The funds will be used to serve 100 new consumers, construct 7 miles of new distribution line and make other system improvements.

 

East Central Energy in Braham, Minn. has been approved for a loan of $35,233,000.  The funds will be used to serve 3,250 new consumers, construct 280 miles of new distribution line and make other system improvements.

 

Missouri

The Barry Electric Cooperative in Cassville, Mo. has been approved for a loan of $2,499,000.  The funds will be used to serve 720 new consumers, construct 36 miles of new distribution line and make other needed system improvements. 

 

The Central Electric Power Cooperative of Jefferson City, Mo. has been approved for two loans totaling $44,040,000.  The funds will be used to build 14.8 miles of 69kV transmission line, build new stations, make transmission line and substation changes, make other system changes and improvements in communications.  Central Electric is a power cooperative providing power to distribution cooperatives in 34 counties in Missouri and one in Arkansas. 

 

Nebraska

Midwest Electric Cooperative in Grant, Neb. has been approved for a loan of $6,223,000.  The funds will be used to serve 520 new consumers, construct 31 miles of new distribution line and make other system improvements.

 

New Mexico

The Central Valley Cooperative in Artesia, N.M. has been approved for a loan of $6,324,792.  The funds will be used to serve 516 new consumers, construct 58 miles of distribution line and make other system improvements. 

 

North Carolina

Tri-County Electric Membership Corporation in Dudley, N.C. has been approved for a loan of $12,750,000.  The funds will be used to serve 1,346 new consumers, build 43 miles of new distribution lines, build 10 miles of new transmission lines and make other system improvements.

 

Pennsylvania

Central Electric Cooperative in Parker, Pa. has been approved for a loan of $10,500,000.  The funds will be used to serve 1,820 new consumers, construct 129 miles of new distribution line and make other system improvements.

 

South Dakota

The Cherry-Todd Electric Cooperative in Mission, S.D. has been approved for a loan of $7,764,000.  The funds will be used to serve 516 new consumers, build 97 miles of new distribution line, build 22 miles of new transmission line and make other needed system improvements.  The Cherry-Todd Electric Cooperative serves two counties in South Dakota and three counties in Nebraska. 

 

East River Electric Power Cooperative of Madison, S.D. has been approved for a loan of $15,764,000.  The funds will be used to finance additions and modifications to East River’s transmission facilities.

 

Codington-Clark Electric Cooperative in Watertown, S.D. has been approved for a loan of $2,037,000.  The funds will be used to serve 120 new consumers, construct 24 miles of new distribution lines and make other system improvements.

 

Tennessee

The Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation of Murfreesboro, Tenn. has been approved for a loan of $24,000,000.   The funds will be used to serve 11,800 new consumers, build 436 miles on new distribution line and make other system improvements.

 

Washington

Tanner Electric Cooperative in North Bend, Wash. has been approved for a loan of $4,855,000.  The funds will be used to serve 375 new consumers, build 19 miles of new distribution lines and make other system improvements.
