Images from the Kirk Complex in southern California.  A series of fires was ignited on September 8th by a lightning storm on the Los Padres National Forest.  (click here for more information from the Forest).

Images from the Big Bar Complex in northern California near Weaverville.  This complex of fires ignited around the end of August on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest (click here for more information from the Forest).
