Americans residing in Panama may mail their absentee ballots thru the Embassy Post Office (APO). Please bring your ballots to the APO, 38th Street and Balboa Avenue, during operating hours Monday through Friday(10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM), and ask to see a postal employee. The ballots can not be accepted by the security guard.

If you have already registered and have not received your Absentee Ballot, pick up your Voter's Declaration/Affirmation Form, SF186, at the American Citizen Service Office, Bldg 520, Clayton. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 12:00 a.m.
