Computer Integrated Facility Management (CIFM) The integration of software, technology, and processes supporting facility management and real estate services.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) Essential to create, edit, and review 2D drawings.

Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Uses CAD drawings and a database to automate real estate tasks such as calculation of building area and tracking of space classifications.

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Manages scheduled and on-request building maintenance.

Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Manages the many documents associated with design and facility management such as drawings, leases, and photographs.

Geographic Information System (GIS) Maps facilities, integrates facility data with location, and helps with emergency response.
