Erratum to Initial Decision

The text of the second full sentence of subparagraph II.b.(vi) of the Initial Decision dated January 21, 2000, at page 9 is changed to read as follows:

"The e-mail was written by Trattou and sent to Peat Marwick members Vasquez and Robert Lambert (Lambert); it was not sent to Conway or Perry."
