NOTICE THAT INITIAL DECISION HAS BECOME FINAL

The time for filing for review of the initial decision in this proceeding has expired. No such petition has been filed that relates to Edward J. Kohler, and the Commission has chosen not to review on its own initiate the decision with respect to Kohler.

Accordingly, notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 360(e) of the Commission's Rules of Practice, that the initial decision of the administrative law judge */ has become the final decision with respect to Edward J. Kohler. The order contained in the decision is hereby declared effective as to Kohler. That order dismissed theallegations against Kohler that he failed reasonably to supervise two individuals associated with an investment adviser.
