Forms, Fees and Filing Locations Chart

This page records the forms or Forms Entry Pages (FEPs) on which updates or changes have been made.

As USCIS strives to keep its forms and instructions as current as possible, some changes and updates to Immigration forms and forms information are mandated by new rules and/or new/revised processing procedures. These changes may result in:

• New editions of existing forms being published
• New uses of old forms being implemented
• Current uses of Immigration forms being clarified or revised in light of new information
• Filing locations being modified
• Fees being changed

All of these changes are reflected on the Forms, Fees and Filing Locations Chart, which also has a column identifying the edition date(s) acceptable for filing, the fees involved, and the filing location(s).

NOTE: Before you can get to an Immigration form to print it out, we require you to pass through the Forms Entry Page (FEP) for that form. The FEP for each form will record any warnings or other information that you should know before you download the form and send it to USCIS. Please read it.
