Paying Fees

Welcome to the Forms, Fees and Fingerprints information center. From here you'll be able to find most of what you'll need to apply for an immigration-related service, benefit, or permit. We've provided an Online Catalog of forms and form packages that are most commonly used to apply or petition for immigration benefits. You may be able to file some forms online. Many of these forms (benefit applications and petitions) require the payment of a fee in order for USCIS to process (adjudicate) your requests. Some also require applicants to pay an additional and separate fee for fingerprinting. This section will provide you with information on fees and fingerprint requirements.

The Forms and Fees page provides information on Immigration forms and how to print them. We recommend that you obtain all of your forms by downloading (printing) them from this Website. This ensures that you are using the most up-to-date version of the form which is available. However, if you do not want to download a form, you may order immigration forms by phone at 1(800) 870-3676. You may also order forms for delivery by mail. If you wish to order forms in bulk, you may do so through the Government Printing Office (GPO).
