Goal No. 1(c): Provide Training and Guidance to Managers and Employees on Equal Employment Laws, Procedures, and Agency Policies.

ACTION ITEM PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TARGET DATE
1. Complete training of all managers on EEO laws and policies, complaint processing, and EEO responsibilities of management Number of training sessions, number of        attendees and feedback from attendees Complete by June 30, 2000
2. Complete training of all employees on EEO laws, policies, and complaint processing Number of training sessions, number of attendees and feedback from attendees Complete by June 30, 2000
3. Train newly appointed supervisors in EEO laws and responsibilities within six months of supervisory appointment Number of attendees, percentage of managers trained within established time frame, and feedback from attendees Ongoing
4. Provide OEOCR overview and information during Entrance-on-Duty (EOD) orientation sessions for new hires Number of EOD overviews provided and feedback from attendees Ongoing
5. Advise, guide and recommend EEO-related actions to managers on an ad hoc, as-needed basis Instances of assistance provided; feedback from service recipients Ongoing
