Remarks:	Alfonso is a registered sex offender in Illinois. He is fluent in Spanish. Alfonso is known to enjoy working out at gyms. He may wear earrings in both of his ears. Alfonso has ties to Chicago, Illinois; Phoenix, Arizona; Columbus, Georgia; Memphis, Tennessee; Alabama and Mississippi. In the past, he is known to have traveled to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

CAUTION

MICHAEL ALFONSO IS WANTED FOR ALLEGEDLY STALKING AND THEN SHOOTING TO DEATH TWO OF HIS FORMER GIRLFRIENDS IN ILLINOIS, IN SEPTEMBER OF 1992 AND JUNE OF 2001.
