Postmasters by City
Postmasters by City search requires the entry of a city and the selection of a state
from the drop-down list box. City is required and must be a valid post office name. State
is also required and must be selected from the drop-down list box. Note that the list of states includes
U.S. territories. Once the post office name has
been entered, and the State selected, click the Search button to process. Clicking the
Clear button will reset or clear your selection criteria.
Postmasters and Where They Served
Postmasters and Where They Served search requires the entry of a postmaster's name. You may enter the first few characters
of their name. The Last Name field may not be blank. It requires that at least the first two characters of
the last name be entered. Once the Last Name, and optionally, First Name fields have been
entered, click the Search button to process. Clicking the Clear
button will reset or clear your selection criteria.
Post Offices by County
Post Offices by County search requires the entry of a county in the County Name field and the
selection of a state from the drop-down list box. County name is required and must be a valid
county. State name is required and must be selected from the drop-down list box. After entering
the search criteria, click the Search button to process. Clicking the
Clear button will reset or clear your selection criteria.
Post Offices by State
Post Offices by State search requires the selection of a state from the drop-down list box. After entering
the search criteria, click the Search button to process. Clicking the
Clear button will reset or clear your selection criteria.
Post Offices by Established Date
Post Offices by Established Date search requires the entry of a "From Date" and a "To Date". The allowed date format
is "mm/dd/yyyy", where mm is a month value from 01 to 12, dd is a day value from 01 to 31, and yyyy is a year value from 1700
to the current year. Upon entering the date range, click Search to process. Click Clear
to reset.
Post Offices by Discontinued Date
Post Offices by Discontinued Date search requires the entry of a "From Date" and a "To Date". The allowed date format
is "mm/dd/yyyy", where mm is a month value from 01 to 12, dd is a day value from 01 to 31, and yyyy is a year value from 1700
to the current year. Upon entering the date range, click Search to process. Click Clear
to reset.
Post Offices by ZIP Code
Post Offices by ZIP Code search requires the entry of the first three digits of the ZIP Code From
and the ZIP Code To. The ZIP Code From entry must be less than or equal to the ZIP Code To entry. After entering
the search criteria, click the Search button to process. Clicking the
Clear button will reset or clear your selection criteria.
