Subscribing to the Health Care Financing Review

Domestic individual subscription rates are $48 per year (per single issue, $23). International customer rates are $62.20 per year (per single issue $32.20). Prices include first class shipping and handling. The Superintendent of Documents accepts payment via check, or by major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Lapsed SubscriptionIf your subscription has expired, the Dear Subscriber letter will provide you with instructions on how you can continue to receive the latest developments, changes, and challenges affecting the Medicare and Medicaid Programs and the U.S. health care system.
Change of Address or Failure to Receive Subscription All correspondence regarding paid subscriptions (including change of address or failure to receive an issue) should be addressed to the U.S. Government Printing Office, Superintendent of Documents, Washington, DC 20402.
