Peer Review Manual

This Manual describes the policies and procedures the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) uses to obtain independent and credible scientific peer review of research project plans developed to meet the objectives and aims of its National Programs. This interim Manual will be in effect until November 30, 2001, during which time it will be further evaluated and modified as necessary.
