March 20-27:Spring Whale Watch

May 1: Opening Day

The Cape Perpetua Visitor Center opens for the season. Hours are 9am-5pm seven days per week. Enjoy a variety of naturalist led activities, educational films and exhibits, and much, much more.

June 19-20 & July 3-4 & August 4-5:
Tidepool Discovery Days

Take advantage of some of the lowest tides of the year! Enjoy early morning naturalist-led tidepool walks, education exhibits, children's activities, demonstrations, and much more at the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area and Heceta Head State Scenic Lookout.

July 3-5: 4th of July Weekend

October 16-17: 5th Annual Yachats Village Mushroom Festival
