The Center provides information about foodborne illness prevention to educators, trainers, and organizations developing education and training materials for food workers and consumers. The web site features searchable databases of food safety training materials; an e-discussion group, Foodsafe, where professionals can share resources, information and innovative solutions to food safety problems; and the Food Safety Links page with links to over 1,000 other sources of food safety information |
 FSTEA offers resources for retail, food service, vending, institutions, and regulators on training materials, funding opportunities, rules and regulations and more. Members of the NAL food safety team serve as Information Managers for FSTEA. |
A resource for the food safety research community, this Web site provides users with program and planning documents, research reports, news, upcoming conferences, and other sites of interest, and more.
The highlight of the Web site is a database of more than 1000 research abstracts
accessible
through the "food safety research" section.
