Powell Outlines "Big Three" Foreign Policy Challenges
Discusses Afghanistan, Iraq, Mideast in newspaper interview

Afghanistan, Iraq and the Middle East peace process are the "big three challenges" currently facing U.S. foreign policy, says Secretary of State Colin Powell. The U.S. and the coalition are proud of their role in supporting the October 9 Afghan elections, he says, and he sees "no reason we can't do the same thing in Iraq." (complete text)

Commerce official Juster addresses U.S.-India information security summit

Commerce Under Secretary Kenneth Juster says information security -- also known as cybersecurity -- is one of the keys to unlocking the full potential of the trade and technology relationship between the United States and India.
