Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials Directorate, Wright Research Site is soliciting technical and cost proposals on the research effort described below.  This is an unrestricted solicitation.  Small businesses are encouraged to propose on all or any part of this solicitation.  The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541710, and the small business size standard is 500 employees.  Proposals submitted shall be in accordance with this announcement.  There will be no other solicitation issued in regard to this requirement.  Offerors should be alert for any PRDA/BAA amendments that may permit extensions to the proposal submission date.
