Where's The E-Court Login Screen?

As of September 7, 2004, the functions of the Southern District of Texas E-Court system have been replaced by of CM/ECF, our new electronic case-management system, and PACER system capabilities.

Case Schedules - To view case & docket sheet information, you will need to login into either CM/ECF or PACER, using the CM/ECF Links section below.
Attorney E-Mail Accounts - As a CM/ECF user, you are required to provide a personal e-mail address for contact from the Court.
Case Manager E-Mail Accounts - The e-mail addresses for case managers will remain the same, and you can be reached by e-mailing them from your personal e-mail account.
Noticing - Case activity information is now available via your CM/ECF log-on account.
